Game On!
It is not without irony that a single sentence explaining not only why I play RPGs, but why I play TTRPGs and not MMORPGs is in a video about why it's okay to play MMORPGs:
What phrase exactly?
ReplyDeleteI'll post it later...for now, finding it is supposed to be half the fun.
ReplyDeleteApparently I've been playing keyboard completely wrong all these years! Or typing with the wrong keyboard. Whichever.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward the the reveal. I watched the video but couldn't pick out the phrase.
My vote's on either "Internet zombie dish go to doll! HEY!" or "Screw the crowd." I'm giving even odds on either one.
ReplyDeleteHard to say....there are so many candidates. So many unintentional reveals of the underlying psychology of video game culture.
ReplyDeleteOK, I'll take two guesses -
"The start button is the portal to your being"
"So what do we do with all these guys?"
I'd like to add - "Screw the crowd" ?! Way to fool yourselves with fake counter-culture credentials, kids. You *are* the crowd.
ReplyDeleteActually no one caught it:
ReplyDelete"This is a feeling you can't outsource."
