You're referring to Vince Garcia's game? I'd love to hear your comments. I picked it up about 10-12 years ago from a bargain bin in a game store. It's a hefty read, with tiny print, and terrible layout. BUT, it's filled with good ideas to incorporate into just about any fantasy setting.
In fact, I've already decided to do a cover-to-cover blog series on it when I retire.
