Today's image is cover image painted for the never published Gloranthan supplement Dragonrise which was to be the fourth adventure in the Sartar Rising series. I thought this piece was originally comissioned for the RuneQuest that never was: RuneQuest IV, Adventures in Glorantha.

That was my original understanding as well but R. Meints of Red Moon Productions stated what I posted in the linked thread over at RPG.net.
